Will the software run on Windows 3.x?

Not our latest versions as they are Object Oriented Programs and in 32 bit. However, we do still have our old Windows 3.x/95 versions but they are unsupported and will have no further enhancements. They served many people for years and may just do the job for you in the interim until you move up to at least Windows 95. Just give us a call.

Will I be able to transfer my existing data into your program?

In many instances we can create a conversion program to transfer the majority of the relevant data from your old system, if you can export it in Comma Separated format. However, since the SportsBeat databases are usually much more comprehensive than the software which you are abandoning, you will still have to go into each member and add those details lacking in your old system as these details can make analysis and performance so much more relevant with our software.

How much training is involved and what is the cost?

Since we create software for a 'vertical' market, we make sure that the terms and operations are natural for persons who work in this particular marketplace. Such a person should take to our product 'like a duck takes to water'. We do provide ample on screen, context sensitive help and supply documentation to get you started feeling comfortable. We also lay out some options which you might consider in setting up your site. All this is included in the price.

What about support after the sale?

We have 'stepped' support plans depending on the level of support which you feel would be needed. These start at email, fax and phone support and can progress to on-site assistance.
