Barcode or Magnetic Stripe Access approves members whose status is not Inactive and do not have any inhibiting financial condition outstanding. If a non-admittance condition exists, the signin screen will appear in an alert color signalling the particular condition, the computer will beep and any access device used will not be released.

If okay, the automatically admitted member is logged into the Usage database which permits  viewing under many search criteria. The refused member can be admitted by an over-ride and then a 'handler' can discuss the refusal situation with that member in privacy.

Reports can be generated on members and guests as to frequency of use, showing date and time, and with whom the guests are being brought in.
