Barcode or Magnetic Stripe Access approves or stops members. You set overall status restrictions and ClubTrak checks for any financial condition outstanding. If a non-admittance condition exists, the signin screen will appear in an alert color signalling the particular condition, the computer will beep and the gate/door latch will not be released. Also, a log is maintained of those stopped with a capability for desk staff to record the action taken and refer the situation to senior personnel for them to complete the necessary task in moving the member to good standing. The refused member can be admitted by an over-ride and then a 'handler' can discuss the refusal situation with that member in privacy.

If all is okay, the automatically admitted member is logged into the Usage database which permits  viewing under many search criteria.

Reports can be generated on members and guests as to frequency of use, showing date and time, and with whom the guests are being brought in. Reports can also be created for co-operative charging so the 3rd Party can see that their sponsored persons are using the club under this perk.
