The SPORTSBEAT Club Member Management System, named ClubTrak, comprises a suite of programs wich have been running in sport and health clubs for more than 20 years now. The suite's foundation is the Club Member Module which is the database of all the personal and financial data on your members. Add the Card Access Module to provide a secure method of admittance without the full-time attention of a front desk person. And then add the Direct Electronic Funds Transfer Module to collect the monthly fees and extra charges from the members' bank accounts or credit cards.

These programs run under the Windows® environment such that anyone familiar with Windows should easily be able to operate ClubTrak especially anyone familiar with a sports facility operation. All modules have a context sensitive Help file which appears by using the F1-key or clicking on the Help menu item.

Of course there is a PDF manual or read the structured help file via Windows (outside of the operation of the program).

We have attempted to make the ClubTrak system straight forward in its approach to managing your membership. By making the topics highly relevant to the nature of the business we reduce the 'idiot proofing' code being put into the program thereby giving you more flexibility in its use without time consuming checking.

The ClubTrak system has full security in restrictions at a broad approach to topics and then a detailed restriction on functions within that topic. This means that personnel can be assigned access to a topic and yet, for example, be restricted from deleting anything in that topic. .
